Terms of service

These terms cover prowl.world, its subdomains, the API at prowl.world/v1, the gateway at
proxy.prowl.world and the MCP server. Using any of them means you accept these terms.
The service
Prowl indexes public APIs and agent tools, benchmarks them, scores them, and lets agents discover, compare and call them. Scores and benchmarks are measurements at a point in time, offered as-is; they are not a warranty about any third-party service. Discovery is free; some calls (re-benchmarks, ASO and design reviews, migration guides, gateway calls) are paid.
Accounts and keys
You are responsible for your account, your API and agent keys, and what is done with them. Keep them secret; rotate them if they leak. One person or agent may not create accounts in bulk to get around free quotas.
Payments and credits
- Paid calls are priced in USD and settled either in $PROWL (a Solana token) over x402, or from prepaid credits topped up with $PROWL or by card through Stripe ($5–$500 per top-up).
- Credits are prepaid usage of Prowl only. They are not money, earn no interest, cannot be transferred between accounts and cannot be withdrawn as cash.
- On-chain payments are final once confirmed. A card payment that is refunded or disputed removes the matching credit from the balance.

- $PROWL is how you pay for Prowl. It is not an investment product, and we make no claims about its price.
Providers and vendors
If you run a benchmark provider or list a service, the information you submit must be accurate and you must have the right to share it. Claimed services must be ones you control. Provider payouts follow the rates published in the provider documentation at the time of the work.
Acceptable use
Do not use Prowl to attack, scan or overload third-party services or Prowl itself; to reach private or internal networks through the gateway; to resell access without permission; to submit malware or content you have no right to; or to manipulate scores (fake reviews, sybil agents, gaming benchmarks). We may rate-limit, suspend or remove accounts, agents and listings that do.
Third-party services
Calls through the gateway reach services we do not operate; their own terms and prices apply, and we are not responsible for their availability or output.
Liability
Prowl is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid Prowl in the 3 months before it.
